About This Site

I am a native of Kansas City living in Lincoln, Nebraska for more than 30 years, long enough to consider it my adopted home town. On this website, I will be writing about evolving consciousness of the inner world as one gets older, how to connect that consciousness to the outer world, and what it means to be a fully integrated being.
